Dear customer and supplier,
45 years ago I started the company Macek Technika. This year I will be 66 years old. The last year, even that I love my work and the people that work for me, very much, I was preparing myself to sell the company. My 2 lovely daughters, Laura and Naomi, were not interested in taking over the business. I wanted to find a buyer that had the same sustainable ideas about running a company and taking care of its employees.
Therefore, I am very happy to announce that Macek Technika (brand name and holding), and MT-Products (operating company) are sold to Rob Kuijpers (KCB International & Kuijpers Petfood ). Rob owns the company legally from January 1, 2025.
Rob Kuijpers (39 years) was already a reliable customer of our company for many years. Rob owns 2 production companies in bird and fish food supplies and is highly interested in production techniques and in this special case, plastic injection moulding.
Rob’s vision is to extend our portfolio of caps as soon as possible and to improve the production quality and capacity. The last 2 months a lot of investments are made. 3 new injection moulding machines, peripherals, product automations and new plastic injection moulds. Within 3 months these machines and moulds will be ready for production.
Our product program will be, in a short time, supplemented with a SC89-SP400 cap (matt, gloss and ribbed), a SC70-RTS cap (ribbed) and a SC82-RTS cap (ribbed). Our current SC38-SP400 and SC45-SP400 caps will then not only be deliverable in a ribbed matt version but also in a ribbed gloss and smooth gloss version. In the near future more caps will be added to our portfolio so we can grow significantly as a reliable and flexible European cap supplier.
I will be still working at the company as General Manager and my main activity will be product development. The former Macek Technika team will be the same, regarding that nothing changes for you. The same flexibility, the same dedication and reliable communication.
One thing will change……the name. To express the company’s future activity direction the name will be changed in ”Kuijpers Caps & Closures”.
