Induction Heat Seal Duoseal PET
The IHS Duoseal PET offers tamper-evidence and protection (steady and permanent protection against leakage or evaporation) of the filling good. The sealing layer which might come in contact with the filling content is harmless to health.
The binding of the carton to the membrane (multilayer film) is done by wax dots. This liner is called “two-piece” because, as the name implies, it consists of two parts: the carton and the film. This material is available for both induction heat sealing and adhesives, for different types of bottles.

PRESSURE SENSITIVE PS21

The Pressure Sensitive PS21 is a one-piece seal that requires no heat or induction to make a good seal on plastic or glass bottles. Instead, it uses an EVA-based adhesive that activates when pressure is applied. This adhesive is coated on a foamed polystyrene seal with a release coating on the back.
The PS21 offers a temper evident seal and is suitable for food contact applications.
