The SC70 with SP400 screw thread is a multi-purpose cap that is used in a wide range of applications. This type of cap is often used for creams and care products, such as hair gel, but also for bird peanut butter jars and in the food industry for items like sweets and desserts.
The SC70 SP400 can be supplied with different types of seals.
EPE-Liner 400 is an extruded white foam sheet inside the lid. The plastic components of these liner materials comply with FDA regulations on food contact and Commission Regulation (EU) No. 10/2011 on plastic material and articles intended to come into contact with food.

The IHS Duoseal PET offers tamper-evidence and protection (steady and permanent protection against leakage or evaporation) of the filling good. The sealing layer which might come in contact with the filling content is harmless to health.
The binding of the carton to the membrane (multilayer film) is done by wax dots. This liner is called “two-piece” because, as the name implies, it consists of two parts: the carton and the film.
This material is available for both induction heat sealing and adhesives, for different types of bottles.
